2a2f47ef5d Fix AWS config casing 
Now that we rely on the ui to set a config value, we need to deal with
an old bug we had, which might had left users with a lowercase
config in the settings.

928342e1e5 Fix APNS push for the cloud testing environment 
Whether to use APNS or APNS_SANDBOX doesn't depend on the used
nymea:cloud instance, but rather the used certificate for signing the
app. And we never use an ad-hoc to sign CI builds.
