Patrick Schurig 6bdb51cbf0 debian: changelog entry 1.15.2+etm6 for the SunSpec plugin 
Records the new nymea-plugin-sunspec-etm01 binary package, the Fronius
vendor it carries, the storage setpoint corrections and the added
Build-Depends. The previous entry described an unrelated abbterra fix,
so the package would have shipped under a version that never mentioned
it.
